Schedule: Monday through Friday – On-Call
Availability: Must have open availability during weekdays -NO WEEKENDS
Pay Rate: Production-Based – Competitive weekly pay up to $1,000

About the Role

We’re building a roster of Floating Lumpers—reliable, on-call workers ready to jump into action when warehouse support is needed. This gig-style opportunity is perfect for individuals looking to earn extra income on a flexible schedule.

Think DoorDash or Uber Eats, but for warehouse labor.

How It Works

  • We maintain a list of pre-approved workers who are fully onboarded.

  • When a client needs extra hands, we reach out to our standby list—first available gets the job.

  • You can also let us know when you're available to pick up shifts.

  • Show up, knock it out, get paid based on what you complete.

✅ Physically fit—able to lift heavy items and move quickly
✅ Dependable and responsive—ready to work on short notice
✅ Has reliable transportation
✅ Must complete onboarding in advance (IDs, work eligibility, etc.)
