Job Description

DarkHorse Express Solutions Inc. is currently seeking dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Warehouse Verifiers. Verifiers play an important role in warehouse operations by ensuring that merchandise is accurately counted, inspected, and accounted for during the loading and unloading process. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and have the ability to stay focused while completing daily assignments.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to read product labels, shipping documents, and order sheets. Responsibilities include verifying product quantities, checking merchandise for damages, identifying shortages or overages, and reporting discrepancies to supervisors. Candidates must be reliable, punctual, able to follow instructions, and willing to work as part of a team. Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping, or receiving experience is preferred but not required.

Job Responsibilities

Verify product counts and quantities.
Read labels, item numbers, and shipping documents.
Inspect merchandise for damages.
Identify and report shortages or overages.
Maintain accurate inventory counts.
Communicate discrepancies to supervisors.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures.
