Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:55 AM– Until the work is completed (Usually 5PM)

Position Summary

We are currently hiring a reliable and motivated Truck Yard Associate to support daily yard operations. This role requires working outdoors, assisting with securing and releasing cargo, and maintaining a clean, organized yard under the direction of the Yard Supervisor. Dependability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well with others are key to success in this position.

Primary Responsibilities

Secure and release cargo on trucks and containers using proper strapping methods
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard in accordance with supervisor guidance
Complete general labor duties to support overall yard operations
Follow all company safety standards and procedures at all times
Communicate clearly and effectively with supervisors and team members

Qualifications

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic with a dependable and positive attitude
Ability to follow instructions and collaborate within a team environment
Prior forklift experience is preferred but not required
Physically capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling heavy materials
