Position Details

Job Title: Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) Operator
Employment Type: Full-Time (Temp-to-Hire)
Shift: Monday – Friday | 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – completion of work (Shift can last up to 12 hours)
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Role Summary
As a 2nd-shift EPJ Operator, you’ll be a critical part of our warehouse operations, ensuring orders are picked, verified, and prepared accurately for shipment. You’ll work with electric pallet jacks to move product safely and efficiently while supporting inventory and stocking tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Operate electric pallet jacks to move and stage product efficiently and safely
Pick and organize orders based on provided pick lists
Check product quantities and quality before staging for shipment
Assist with receiving and restocking merchandise
Keep warehouse areas organized, clean, and hazard-free
Work closely with team members to achieve daily production goals
Support other warehouse tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Previous experience as an order picker or EPJ operator preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse environment
Ability to lift, move, and handle products as required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Flexibility to work overtime when necessary
