Field Operations Associate

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:55 AM–5:00 PM (No weekends)
Work Environment: Outdoor Job Site

Position Overview

DarkHorse Express Inc. is seeking a dependable and hardworking Field Operations Associate to support the daily handling and organization of roofing products and materials. This role involves working in an outdoor environment and performing physically demanding tasks to ensure materials are properly stored, prepared, and maintained for operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and organize roofing materials and related products.
• Stage materials for loading, storage, and distribution.
• Safely transport products throughout the yard and designated work areas.
• Ensure inventory is accurately stacked, secured, and stored.
• Conduct visual inspections to identify damaged or misplaced materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all company safety standards and operational procedures.
• Provide support with general yard, inventory, and warehouse activities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to wear weather-appropriate attire and personal protective equipment as required.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, and moving heavy materials safely and efficiently.
• Strong reliability, attendance, and punctuality record.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Comfortable working independently as well as in a team-based environment.
