Kitchen Staff

We are seeking motivated and dependable Kitchen Staff members to join our team. As part of the back-of-house team, you will take the lead in preparing high-quality menu items, from perfectly cooked pizzas to other delicious offerings, while ensuring every order meets company standards.

The ideal candidate is team-oriented, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in preparing food accurately and efficiently. Kitchen Staff play a key role in maintaining kitchen safety, cleanliness, and organization while delivering a great experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and specifications
  • Ensure all orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and with high quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen area
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking supplies as needed
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Assist with maintaining a safe and efficient work environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to follow recipes and preparation guidelines consistently
  • Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred

Compensation:

Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications, with starting pay beginning at $11 per hour. Additional opportunities for pay growth and advancement may be available based on performance.
