Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM until completion (2nd Shift)
Pay Rate: $17/hour

Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and detail-focused Logistics Associate to support our client's warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products, preparing orders, and helping ensure timely and efficient shipments while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Pick and pull products using pick tickets or handheld scanning devices
Confirm item accuracy, quantities, and product quality before staging
Organize and prepare orders for packing and shipment
Operate warehouse equipment such as conveyor systems as needed
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Assist with inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock replenishment
Follow all company procedures, safety protocols, and operational guidelines

Qualifications

Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or picking role preferred
Familiarity with RF scanners or similar inventory systems is a plus
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
Ability to meet productivity targets in a fast-paced environment
Dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality
Basic math and counting skills

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the entire shift
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
Comfortable working in a warehouse setting with varying temperatures
