What You’ll Be Doing:

Process orders, prepare reports, labels, and manifests
Track Shipments via Port Websites: Use port systems to track containers and ensure compliance with port regulations.
Handle Shipping Paperwork: Prepare and process essential documents, including bills of lading and customs forms, with precision.
Use Excel for Reporting: Leverage Excel to create and manage detailed reports on inventory, shipments, and schedules.
Collaborate & Resolve: Work closely with logistics and shipping teams to resolve any issues, ensuring seamless operations.
Ensure Safety and Compliance: Uphold safety protocols and regulatory requirements to maintain a secure work environment.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

Must-Have: Proven expertise in container drayage and knowledge of port operations—this is a knockout requirement!
High school diploma or equivalent (additional training in logistics or supply chain management is a plus).
Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a similar role.
Strong familiarity with warehouse management systems.
Comfortable working on a warehouse floor setting.
Excel proficiency: you should be comfortable generating reports, analyzing data, and managing spreadsheets.
Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
