Culinary Supervisor
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Culinary Supervisor to lead daily back-of-house operations while ensuring consistent food quality, cleanliness, and overall efficiency. This role is responsible for maintaining an organized and productive kitchen environment, supporting team performance, and upholding all required food safety and sanitation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide kitchen staff throughout daily operations
- Supervise food preparation and cooking to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and well-stocked kitchen at all times
- Manage inventory levels, product ordering, and waste reduction practices
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Monitor workflow efficiency and support process improvements where needed
- Collaborate with team members to uphold strong service and operational standards
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in kitchen supervision or management preferred
- Strong leadership abilities with effective communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines required
- ServSafe Certification preferred
Compensation:
Pay is based on experience, ranging from $11 to $15 per hour, with opportunities for advancement based on performance, skill development, and tenure.
