1st Shift Warehouse Lead

Pay: Starting at $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Garden City, GA
Pay: Weekly

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Lead to help manage daily warehouse operations. This person will support the warehouse manager, help lead the team, keep inventory organized, and make sure orders are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Help supervise daily warehouse operations
  • Lead and support warehouse employees
  • Monitor inventory and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly
  • Help with shipping, receiving, and product organization
  • Train new employees as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Assist with scheduling and daily workflow
  • Help solve day-to-day warehouse issues

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 3 years of warehouse experience, including leading or supervising a team
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Basic computer and inventory management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Forklift experience or certification
  • Bilingual is a plus
