Employment Type: Full-Time (Temp-to-Hire)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM until completion (shifts may extend up to 12 hours)
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour (weekly pay)

Position Overview

We are hiring a motivated 2nd Shift Beer Picker to support warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, verifying, and preparing orders for distribution. Using an electric pallet jack (EPJ), you will move and stage products while assisting with inventory organization and restocking as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Operate electric pallet jacks to move and stage inventory safely and efficiently
Accurately pick and organize orders based on pick tickets
Verify product quantities and inspect items for quality before staging
Assist with unloading shipments and replenishing stock
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous experience operating an EPJ or order picking preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Capable of lifting and moving products as needed
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Flexibility to work extended shifts or overtime when required
