Restaurant Culinary Supervisor

We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Kitchen Operations Supervisor to lead back-of-house activities and help maintain exceptional standards in food preparation, sanitation, and overall kitchen performance. This role is essential in creating a productive, organized workspace while guiding team members and ensuring all safety and quality procedures are followed consistently.

Work Schedule

Both opening and closing shifts are available. Applicants must have open availability. 

Business Hours

  • Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Friday–Saturday: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • Sunday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Primary Duties

  • Lead and assist kitchen team members throughout daily service operations
  • Monitor food prep and cooking procedures to maintain consistency and presentation standards
  • Keep kitchen stations clean, organized, and properly supplied at all times
  • Oversee inventory levels, place supply orders, and help minimize product waste
  • Enforce all health, sanitation, and food handling guidelines
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow and kitchen productivity
  • Coordinate with staff to support efficient service and a positive team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a kitchen leadership or supervisory role is a plus
  • Strong communication, time management, and leadership abilities
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards required
  • ServSafe certification preferred

Pay & Growth Opportunities

Hourly compensation ranges from $11–$15 depending on experience and qualifications. Additional advancement opportunities may be available based on performance, reliability, and leadership ability.
