Position: Lumper (Container Loading & Unloading)
Location: Theodore/Mobile Area, Alabama 36582
Pay: Based on your productivity and workload (box count, weight, and other factors). The more you move, the more you earn!

Schedule:
Each warehouse sets its own schedule. You’re done when your assigned container is completed. This is a first-shift, part-time position.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re hiring experienced lumpers who are energetic, reliable, and ready to be part of a strong, fast-moving team. If you enjoy physical work, efficiency, and teamwork, this is the job for you!

You must have:

A working cellphone
Access to email

Responsibilities:

Efficiently load and unload containers
Organize and stack products properly
Inspect shipments and report issues
Operate pallet jacks and related equipment
Keep the work area clean and safe
Follow all warehouse safety protocols

Requirements:

Previous warehouse or manual labor experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stay physically active all day
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Comfortable working in hot or cold conditions
Dependable, punctual, and proactive attitude
Reliable transportation
Working cellphone and access to email
