Schedule: Monday–Friday (on-call; hours vary)
Availability: Weekday availability required (no weekends)
Pay: Production-based earnings (paid weekly)

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Freight Operations Associates. This on-call role supports daily warehouse operations by unloading shipments, handling freight, and maintaining an organized and safe work environment. Candidates should be reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

Load and unload freight from trailers and containers, either manually or using pallet jacks
Organize and stage products efficiently within the warehouse
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Assist with additional warehouse tasks as needed

Qualifications

Must have full weekday availability (Monday–Friday, on-call schedule)
Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs on a regular basis
Strong reliability and attention to detail
Comfortable in a physically demanding, high-paced environment
Previous warehouse or freight handling experience preferred but not required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
